The Rock Food Share Scheme

The Rock Centre runs a community Food Share Scheme  in partnership with the local CO-OP to support local residents and reduce food waste. Our scheme provides access to a variety of nutritious and non-perishable foods, ensuring everyone in the community can enjoy healthy meals.

The Food Share is open to all members of the community. Whether you’re experiencing temporary hardship, managing a long-term condition, or simply looking for extra support, we welcome you to participate. The scheme is run in a friendly and respectful environment, where privacy and dignity are always maintained.

We are proud to operate the scheme in partnership with our local Co-op, who generously donate food to support the initiative. By redistributing surplus food that would otherwise go to waste, we are helping both the community and the environment.
